We prepare the Energy Performance Certificate, a mandatory document in the case of purchase-sale or rental of real estate properties, but also in the case of construction of new buildings. From the EPC, prepared using specific calculation software, it is possible to know the energy class of a building: a parameter that provides the annual energy consumption of the property for heating and domestic hot water production.
